Our quick, friendly form lets you share your style, your favorite colors, and your preferred visit time. Your request stays pending until a Heart Squad volunteer accepts it, and our team will let you know when your visit is confirmed.

Posted choices are hospital or facility sessions with volunteer hours already scheduled. If none work, you can request a different facility visit, home visit, or another custom visit. Custom requests are reviewed case by case and are not confirmed until our team follows up and a volunteer accepts.
